On October 6, 2019, I experienced a sudden cardiac arrest during the Medtronic Twin Cities 10-Mile race. Lying nearly lifeless on the pavement, a group of strangers rushed to my aid, performing CPR for 10-15 minutes until an AED arrived and shocked my heart back into rhythm.
As I began to recover from my cardiac arrest, I felt a strong urge to share my journey of overcoming adversity. Witnessing the positive impact my real-life experiences had on others inspired me to formalize my teachings, leading to the creation of Living Proof Leadership. Through this initiative, I offer leadership workshops and serve as a motivational speaker, guiding individuals, organizations, and businesses in need of inspiration and support.
I take pride in helping others develop into the best versions of themselves using scientifically validated concepts and principles of living proof.
